At Ryan Bakery Shop (ryanbakery.in), we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality cakes and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is limited and carefully defined below.

🎂 1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time
  • Cancellation requests must be made via:
    • Registered email ID, or
    • Customer support
  • A cancellation fee of 20% to 25% may apply

❗ Orders that are already prepared, processed, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled

🔁 2. Order Modification

  • Changes to orders (date, time, address, message, etc.) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
  • Once the order is under processing, modifications may not be possible

💸 3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product at the time of delivery
  • Order not delivered due to our fault

Not Eligible:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time
  • Minor design or decoration variations

📸 4. Proof Requirement

  • To request a refund or replacement, you must provide:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Complaint raised within 2–4 hours of delivery

Without proper proof, refund requests may not be accepted.

🔄 5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of valid complaints, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Partial/full refund (based on case review)

Decision will be taken after verification by our support team.

🚚 6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • Political or regional disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

However, we will try our best to keep you informed.

⏱ 7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method
